Do you have a physical retail location?
We are currently an online-only store, allowing you to shop from anywhere. We hope to bring the ONA experience to physical locations in the future.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the delivery method selected at checkout. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within the timeframe listed in our return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
How should I care for my scrubs?
Always follow the care instructions on the garment label. We generally recommend washing your scrubs separately in cold or warm water and avoiding harsh bleach unless the care label allows it.
